Discription of Events: I was going 40 in a 40mph zone. It was dark, the roads were wet and I had someone with car anxiety as my passenger, so I was being very cautious. This person tailgated me for half a mile, like completely riding my bumper. They then pulled up next to me on the left lane of the street, rode next to me for a few seconds before revving their engine at me and cutting in front, zooming off at 60mph+ when we were still in a 40 zone and were even coming up on a 25mph zone. Reckless driving for sure.
