Discription of Events: I was driving the speed limit in this guy continued to tailgate me. He then passed me on the left over a double yellow line. I came up to a stop sign and was up on the right of him and passed him again. He then proceeded to pull behind me and tailgate me for another mile plus giving me the finger. There was about five cars ahead of me and I was keeping up with the traffic.
