Discription of Events: In 25 mph zone residential near elementary school. Driving excessively fast, almost lost control onto curb and colliding with power pole. Vehicle then proceeded at unsafe speed around blind corner with tires squeeling. I live in this neighborhood and I'm extremely worried being hit by this erratic driver!
