Discription of Events: This driver and I were driving down on Foothill RD going towards Bernal Ave. The whole time this driver was going 30 mph in a 40 mph this female driver kept stepping on her brakes every 5 secs. She made me step on my brakes causing me to shift gears from 4 all the way down to 2. She kept driving down Foothill RD heading towards the Pleasanton Country Club with the golf course on the left side. I turned left onto Bernal Ave. Be careful with this female driver. I think she was after insurance scam wanting you to hit her to scam you out of easy, fast money.
