Discription of Events: Some people have zero shame. Dublin Safeway lady parks at gas pump and walking around asking people to pay for her gas. At first I thought she was getting gas and then realized what she was doing. Is this a new trend or how can people have the audacity to do such a thing while holding a kid too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
