Discription of Events: November 24, 2025 - According to the police scanner, car was observed weaving in and out of traffic on Bullard Ave somewhere around First Ave in either road rage or a possible distrubance inside the vehicle. Observer also saw aggressive movement inside the vehicle (male and a female were inside).
