Discription of Events: Driver ran stop sign, flipped me off when I honked to avoid being hit, then he threw a full bottle of water that slammed into my window almost causing an accident. I took photos of his plate while he flipped me off. No markings but looked like he was with the bigger truck filled with tree cuttings ahead of him. Get these idiots off the street before they kill someone.
