Discription of Events: Totally reckless driving. The person was swerving and drifting into lanes like they werent paying attention. If they didnt move at the last second, they would have hit the middle island. They almost hits cars beside them. We passed by and it was a women, we didnt see a cell phone so it may have been drunk driving.
