Discription of Events: Seen throwing a beer can put driver side window in canyons of Placerville. Was driving in the middle of two lanes on a very windy dangerous road, then passed me on right side of shoulder almost pushing me into oncoming traffic. Had my 2 year old and mother in car with me when this happened.
