Discription of Events: Driver honking any time cars in front stopped for red light and it turned green (honked immediately), or to turn left and waiting for traffic to go by (honking impatiently). Tailgated my car even though the next lane was wide open, and when she finally switched lanes to pass me she honked the entire time. Then she cut in front of me and slowed down immediately to try to get me to rear end her.
