Discription of Events: Heavy traffic. In the toll lane lady was raging behind me because I wasnt tailgating the person ahead. She wad tailgating me though. She decided to illegally pass on the shoulder, cut me off and almost hit me to take the space in front. She continued to tailgate those ahead or cut off anyone she could in anyway.
