Discription of Events: I almost got in an accident because of some moron with road rage - he kept cutting people off and then putting his brakes on so the person he cuts off has to slam on their brakes - I was one of 3 he did that to on Rte 295 N - he took the Exit for Rt 44 North towards Smithfield !!
