Discription of Events: Nov 13 2025 4p\r\n\r\nPass me on the left crossing a double yellow as i make a left hand turn into BJ\'s restaurant. Was waiting for traffic to pass to turn. \r\n\r\n Made nO sense why they did this and was extremely dangerous. This person should not be allOwed to drive. Most likely Armemiam mafia protected by Burbank PD
