Discription of Events: he was trying to bypass by moving into carpool and cutting people off. He cut me off so badly I had enough time to stop before I hit him. He nearly hit me and got mad so he proceeded to stall me by stomping on the breaks. I just got nervous and moved over to the slower lanes in case he did end up hitting someone. I have no idea why he has a sticker on the back that says "baby in the car". There was nothing cautious about this driver. My main concern was the driving in and out of carpool abruptly over double lines. He was alone
