Discription of Events: (photo of driver https://imgur.com/a/MSJZ6h5) Agressive, possibly emotionally unstable, Hispanic male driver veered into my lane trying to get in front of me when I used my horn. Pointed my dash cam to get driver and license plate details when he became aggressive. Driver then brakes check me and threw a soda at my car as he was in the left turn lane and I continued forward through intersection.
