Discription of Events: Driver is of Vietnamese descent with broken english.\r\n\r\nHe illegally parked at EV charging station, and refused to move when indicated that an EV has to park there to charge. Parking lot security has advised him to leave, instead he spent 5-10 minutes arguing with the security, and even started recording the security guard. Driver suggested leaving car there and walking away until security mentioned that it will get ticketed and/or towed.\r\n\r\nWhen driver eventually decided to leave, he flipped me off and yelled at me in broken english. Entitled driver and garbage human with no respect for others.
