Discription of Events: Driver pulled out of a bar parking lot without looking and cut me off with only feet to spare. Had to slam my brakes. Then she proceeded to sit at a stop sign for about 30 seconds like she was waiting for it to turn green. There was nobody else around, as it was late at night. Likely drunk driver.
