Discription of Events: I can't believe this ridiculous driver, not only was she apparently working for Uber but she had a very young passenger in the car with her and neither her nor the child were wearing seatbelts. She cut off a speeding ambulance and stalled it for at least 15 seconds, drove so close to someone else's vehicle that she snapped their front mirror off, and ran over what looked to be somebody's pet cat that was crossing the road at the time. The only reason I didn't call the police is because I was too focused on driving safely and also I didn't have a cellphone. She was a fat woman with long curly black hair and brown skin. She was SMOKING!! All the windows were rolled up and the child was coughing and looked unhealthy, sad, and frightened. Please watch out for this vehicle and do not give her money to drive you anywhere because she is not fit.
