Discription of Events: It's icy out and this person is weaving in and out of traffic, multiple people slammed on their breaks. When they got behind me they actually went over the white line to go around me cuz 45 in a 40 wasn't fast enough. I watched atleast 7 people slam on their breaks. And to go around me over a line that's not even a lane then they went in front of me. I almost hit the person in the lane next to me to avoid hitting this person putting so nany people at risk.
