Discription of Events: Highway 5 near Stockton, this driver merged crazy and was yelling at everyone as if he was going insane.. drive on the side to pass and ask the Time was flipping off everyone. There was a man driving and he just missed my truck by inches when he merged 3 lanes at once not even looking for clearance to make this move
