Discription of Events: I was driving down tehachapi Blvd and this lady comes up from behind me and almost hits me than in pulling over and she swerved at me almost hitting me so I pull off to get her licenses and she pulled off to follow me so I pulled over and she tried to ram me with her car me and my friend was worried she might have been drunk.
