Discription of Events: The driver almost backed into me as I was driving through a parking lot. I honked my horn so he wouldnt back into me. He got out of his car and went into rage and hysterics, ran up to me twice and threatened physical violence. I turned on my cam on my phone and he ran back to his car and went on a racist rant, called me cracker etc. When I tried to drive off he got into his car and drove in circles around my truck again threatening violence. I threatened to call the police and he finally drove away. The man is Hispanic and wore a red hat. The incident took place in California but he has Oregon license plates.
