Discription of Events: Watched the driver impatiently make a right turn to cut off the other driver, then merge over three lanes into my lane. He was going under the speed limit and as my vehicle reached his he decidedly slammed on his breaks several times. As I tried to go around him he again cut me off and continued to slam on his breaks until I cold get away from him.
