Discription of Events: He was driving a Ford F-150 that was heavily modified and had its blinding fog lights on. He crossed the intersection following someone closely. He couldn\'t swerve around the right side, so he decided to swerve left into oncoming traffic to get in front of the vehicle in front of him. Then he stopped, opened his door to do something vulgar, and revved his engine a bunch before speeding off and swerving through both lanes on his side of the road. His modified muffler set off some alarms as well.
