Discription of Events: This driver was speeding and switching through the lanes aggressively despite the school zone lights being on. She ended having to slam on her breaks and then proceeded to cut off the car she was trying to pass all while in the school zone. When I passed her out of the school zone she had her phone in her hand talking quite expressively.
