Discription of Events: Driver was tailgating dangerously close via 95 south near noon time on June 18th near Needham before recklessly trying to pass. He nearly crashed into my passenger side where my wife was sitting, but I was able to brake hard enough to prevent the crash. As soon as I attempted to start recording video, the driver recklessly cut off other drivers from the far left lane to exit 95 south.
