Discription of Events: The truck purposely tried to run us into the side of the road. Almost caused a fatal accident all because my brother (driver of victim vehicle) took a turn sharp in front of him, moving slightly into his lane. The truck was behind us when our vehicle moved into the other lane, so there was no damage and no chance of an accident.
