Discription of Events: Parents who park behind Donlon Elementary School parallel park on Payne RD is a nuisance when it come down to HOW THEY PARK. Parents who park then fully reverse to the point YOU F-N ASSHOLE literally blocks me in have been irritating!!! YOU don't need to reverse with the intention of blocking someone else from leaving!! One time, I had to wait 20 mins, which I was late for a doctor's appt. MUFKR
