Discription of Events: I was driving behind them from Stoneridge/Foothill FYI speed limit is 35 mph yet this guy drove 44 mph. We made a left turn from Foothill RD onto W Las Positas. Our light turned red on W Las Positas/Muriwood instead of this guy coming to a full stop basically drove through a red light by making a right turn onto Muriwood from W Las Positas. Red runner + speeds!!
