Discription of Events: Used a left turn oly lane to pass a line of traffic waiting to go straight and tried to cut me off to go straight. I didnt let him in then he passed me and van of disabled stidents using the inside shoulder of a one lane road. The road became 2 lanes i ended up in front of him again then he used the the southbound oncoming traffic lane to speed pass me again, playing chicken with oncomming traffic on rt28 in Randolph.
