Discription of Events: I had the right of way turning right with a green light. This car (woman driving, looked like her teenage daughter in the passenger seat) came speeding from the other side of the intersection turning left from her direction, without the right of way, to cut me off while I was turning right. She was going probably 50 mph to cut me off and I slammed on my breaks and she stopped right in front of my turned car, threw her hands up off the wheel and laughed, then drove ahead of me and stopped in the road (no stop sign or light). Her and her daughter rolled the windows down and were making faces and heart signs and hand gestures at me while stopped in the road and cars backing up in the intersection behind me. All I was doing was turning right on a green light.
