Discription of Events: A heavy set lady in approximately in her 40\'s ran a stop sign at an excessive speed with no blinker on nearly hitting a family that was 3/4 of the way through a crosswalk. She pressed her horn for an extended amount of time while yelling at people in the crosswalk until people were recording the interaction. She also drove partially down the wrong side of the road in attempts to run over people recording her.
