Discription of Events: Driver of the pickup was having a road rage incident on Trail Ridge road in Aiken SC at about 2:05 today. He was right on the tail of a smaller vehicle and behaving in a threatening manner. After he chased the smaller car into a subdivision, he drove back into the Surrey Woods complex where I too a picture of his license plate as I was finishing my afternoon walk.
