Discription of Events: I see this man Monday through Friday speeding north on Creswell at approximately 7:50 every morning. I have also witnessed him running stop sign on Lloyd and Gilbert Drive on multiple occasions. I have had to move out of the road for fear off getting hit by him on Gilbert (there is no sidewalk)
