Discription of Events: The male driving the white ford truck, was flicking me off for no reason. He was driving recklessly switching from one side of the lane to the other, blocking me from passing every time I switch lanes and he made a complete stop in the middle of the highway I could of crash with his car. Then he was doing less than the speed blocking anybody from passing him by going off the road every time someone tried to get away from his rackles driving. I have it on video!
