Discription of Events: Person parked in a parking lot next to me completely blocking my entrance into my car. I had to climb into my passenger seat and climb to my drivers side because I couldnt get into my car. I had to put my window down and pull my mirror in so I woudlnt take either of our mirrors off when I tried to back up. The person who was parked in front of me saw the whole thing and just shook his head the whole time. Kids have trouble coloring in the lines - learn how to park in the lines.
