Discription of Events: I was pulled over on the side of the road to get directions on a map, the car pulled over in front of me. I then left and passed by a young guy in his 20s who glanced at the two women in my vehicle. He then proceeded to get behind us pass us, pull over again and get behind us. I then proceeded to go to a boat launch in which he went by but then turned around and pulled in. I left the boat launch to head home and then he got behind us again and at the end of a road I took a left but he took a right and proceeded to do a burnout. Upon the drive home it appeared that he got behind us again from a distance but then turned down another side road.
