Discription of Events: A man in a baseball cap driving a beige pickup truck on the highway near the 6/10 connector, swerved towards a Jeep trying to merge into the lane. He was pretending to almost hit the man in the Jeep. He did this a few times before swerving out of his lane and getting off at the Memorial Boulevard exit.
