Discription of Events: Tried passing on the right but there was literally nowhere for him to merge in the left lane. He ran out of road, went over a gorepoint, and had to come to a complete stop. A few blocks later he’s now caught back up in traffic and is FLYING. Aggressive and low skill speeder. A dangerous combination.
