Discription of Events: I was coming on the 32 where the speed limit is 55 I was coming on 60 mph but that car keep following me very close. And then was waving from line to line over speed, then she was waiting on the way to take the 67 when suddenly she stop and the middle of the road and I almost crashed. And she did the same action over again.
