Discription of Events: Dude was speeding past me yesterday then cut me off no blinker. Cuts me off then begins to break check not knowing what they're doing. Starts driving slow for no reason. I never even honked the horn so not sure what the problem was. I tried passing but he kept on going into the lane I was going in. Do people have anything better to do?
