Discription of Events: A Black Mercedes CLA250 was traveling EB on NE 23rd St @ Creston Dr when a police vehicle was blocking the right lane of the EB side of NE 23rd St to clear the lane of debris. The vehicle failed to move over the left lane and instead occupied 2 lanes of traffic passing inches from the police vehicle. The vehicle failed to properly change/maintain lanes in violation of 47 OS 11-309 and failed to properly move over in violation of 47 OS 11-314. Oklahoma City, OK on 04 APR 2023 at 1544
