Discription of Events: Tailgated, followed another car as they tried to get away, drove on the left shoulder to get around them and nearly smashed into the side of the car as they swerved from the shoulder, across the left lane, into the middle lane the other car was in. Then they tried to brake check the car to get them them crash into them.
