Discription of Events: This guy almost caused a 5 car accident in the morning commute via I-95 South. It was raining at 100% he was speeding and the started to slow down in front of cars making everyone move to avoid collision. Then he started following us tailgating and making lights signal for us to stop. Beware stay away the suspect seem to be armed.
