Discription of Events: Middle aged white guy with long, disheveled hair threw two black kittens out of his window as he was driving at 45 mph with me behind him, one after another. Very suspicious and crazy. He was in a blue car. It was probably him and not the guy in front of him. Too distrubing not to write up. 8:22 pm, Troy, Michigan: North of Eckford on Rochester Road.
