Discription of Events: Driver cut my wife and I off at the merge from I-90 Westbound to Altamont. Driver then proceeded to slam on their brakes causing me to lock up my brakes and nearly slam in to the back of vehicle. Driver then followed my wife and I all the way to my workplace.
