Discription of Events: Speeding, flew up behind me, laid on the horn, flashed headlights, tailgated me. I pulled over and he waved arms angrily. I followed him (from a safe distance after),then got his license number. He pulled into an Ace Hardware parking lot and parked. Got out of the car and had a young girl with him!!!
