Discription of Events: January 22nd, 2018 approximately 8:43AM Wife and I were at a red light at a complete stop in lower Queen Anne heading westbound at the intersection of W Mercer St & 1st Ave W, the car physically bumps into our car from the behind and proceeded to honk at us. We took a right on 2nd Ave W and pulled immediately. We were expecting the car to follow us and exchange info, it got stuck at the next light and I was able to take a picture of the vehicle before it continued westbound.
