Discription of Events: Driver cut me on Clark Rd and then slammed on his breaks and gave me the finger. He cut me off and then tried to make me crash and then cursed at me. This is an unstable driver. There was a Police on the side of the road just ahead that I pulled over to try and report it to firsthand but the Car was empty. Gotta love Florida! Watch out for this psychopath. He will cause a serious accident and then laugh in the face of the victim(s).
