Discription of Events: Occupant of this vehicle was driving west bound on rio bravo at high rates of speed. Cutting other drivers off and continued to pass vehicles south bound on Isleta in head on traffic. Until it turned right going west on gun club. And continued to drive recklessly and at a high speed putting others in danger.
